- Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
- Honor confirmed bookings

- Issue receipts for all payments
4. Student Responsibilities

- Follow booking cancellation procedures
- Report any payment issues promptly
4.2 Tenancy

- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Respect other tenants' privacy and peace
5. Payments and Fees
